2-Day Preschool Teacher; I'm also working one morning a week this year in the school office!

Education: BA from Doane Collage. Elementary and Physical Education
Work History:
- Teacher at Gingerbread House Preschool for 34 years.
- Volleyball coach at Waterloo High School and Millard South.
What do you love about your job?
I love to see the joy on my students faces when they develop relationships. I love to challenge and inspire them to do their best!
Who is your favorite Saint or what is your favorite scripture?
Mother Theresa
Tell us about your family (spouse, children, grandchildren, pets, etc.):
Married to Kevin, four children and 9 grandchildren. We have a dog named Buddy and a cat named Tigger.
When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
Teacher of course!
What is your favorite sweet treat?
Cupcakes
Do you have any hidden talents or hobbies?
I love to play sports especially golf. I love to garden.
What’s your favorite thing to do on the weekends?
Go for walks and spend time with the Grandkids.
What piece of advice would you give parents to help their child(ren) succeed at St. Stephen?
Be supportive of your child’s teacher. We really do care very much about each child!
