Tell us about your experience in education:

I attended Midland University and graduated with my Bachelor of Arts with an Endorsement in Early Childhood. I previously taught Preschool for 7 years prior to coming to SSM.

What do you love most about the St. Stephen the Martyr Catholic School community?

I love how everyone feels welcome the minute they come through the doors. The school community works together to help and make everyone succeed to achieve their goals, and that everyone is valued and heard.

What piece of advice would you give parents to help their child(ren) succeed at St. Stephen?

Read together, ask questions, and encourage their curiosity!

What, in your experience, is the best part about teaching at a Catholic school?

I love that I am able to build strong relationships with students and families. Having faith in the classroom helps students grow spiritually and gives students the compassion for others.

Tell us about your family (spouse, children, grandchildren, pets, etc.):
My husband James and I have two children. Jersey who is 13, and Jordan who is 11. We also have a French Bulldog who we adore named Rocky.
