Tell us about your education background & about your teaching/work experience.
Education: Undergraduate Degree from Peru State College; Master of Science, UNO
Work History: I've worked in OPS, Glenwood Schools, Council Bluffs Schools, Mercy High School and St. Cecilia in Omaha.
What do you love about your job?
Helping students understand math concepts.
Who is your favorite Saint or what is your favorite scripture?
I love St. Cecilia because she is the Patron saint of Music.
Tell us about your family (spouse, children, grandchildren, pets, etc.):
I have 3 adult children and 5 grandchildren.
When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be a communicator of some sort.
What is your favorite sweet treat?
I do love fruit pies.
Do you have any hidden talents or hobbies?
I like to fish and go on vacations
What’s your favorite thing to do on the weekends?
I like to go to my camper on the weekends to relax and watch Husker games in the fall.
What piece of advice would you give parents to help their child(ren) succeed at St. Stephen?
Please tell them to ask for help from me as needed. I am here to help them succeed.
