3rd Grade Teacher
Tell us about your experience in education:
I graduated from College of Saint Mary in 2021 and have spent the last few years teaching 3rd grade within the Archdiocese.
What do you love most about the St. Stephen the Martyr Catholic School community?
I love the clear dedication that is shared among the community. Everyone wants their neighbor to succeed and I have felt supported in return.
What piece of advice would you give parents to help their child(ren) succeed at St. Stephen?
Become invested in your child’s education. Talk to your student about their successes, struggles, or discoveries that they have made in the classroom.
What, in your experience, is the best part about teaching at a Catholic school?
Teaching at a Catholic school means allowing Christ in to every part of our day. Through helping students discover our faith, I am able to grow in my personal faith as well. We all are helping one another get to heaven.
Tell us about your family (spouse, children, grandchildren, pets, etc.):
I have a very supportive fiancé named Matthew, a spunky toddler named Lucy, and a shy cat named Maggie.
