I attended St. Vincent de Paul for elementary school and Marian for High School. I then attended the University of Nebraska- Lincoln where I received my degree in Elementary Education. I earned my Masters degree from Doane University in Curriculum and Instruction. I taught in Papillion at Patriot Elementary for 10 years, and then I had the opportunity to open Papillion’s newest school, Ashbury Elementary.

What do you love about your job?
I love igniting a passion for learning in my students. I especially love to help students find their love for reading. Every learner is unique and I strive to meet them where they are at in their learning journey.

St. Francis of Assisi- The patron saint of compassion.

When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?

Lead with love and teach your child to do the same. <3
