Tell us about your education background & about your teaching/work experience.
I graduated from the University of Missouri – Columbia. I have taught at a variety of private and public schools in Nebraska and Chicago. Many of my years were spent teaching at Phoenix Academy, an intervention school in Omaha.
What do you love about your job?
I love helping children learn to read.
Tell us about your family (spouse, children, grandchildren, pets, etc.):
My husband and I have 4 children, 2 grandchildren, and 2 golden retrievers.
Do you have any hidden talents or hobbies?
Reading
What’s your favorite thing to do on the weekends?
I enjoy being outside and reading.
