1996
Tell us about your experience in education
I have a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education. My master’s degree is in educational technology. In the summer of 2026 I took a class in the science of reading.
What do you love about your job?
I love teaching because I enjoy forming young children, both academically and spiritually.
What do you love most about the St. Stephen the Martyr Catholic School community?
People are supportive of one another, and appreciation flows freely.
What piece of advice would you give parents to help their child(ren) succeed at St. Stephen?
Speak to your child(ren) about the importance of God in your life.
What, in your experience, is the best part about teaching at a Catholic school?
We teach not only life skills, but also compassion and discipline.
Tell us about your family!
I have an elderly mother who lives in Omaha, and a brother and sister who live in Boston. My sister-in-law is my next door neighbor!
Who is your favorite Saint or what is your favorite scripture?
St. Anthony is my favorite saint. He intercedes for me every day. What a buddy!
What is your favorite sweet treat?
Snickers
What is your favorite drink/coffee order?
I like an iced Caramelicious latte.
