My husband Ken and I have been married for almost 26 years. We have a very close-knit family with 4 kids: 3 sons in their twenties and a 16-year old daughter. We take epic trips together. For example, 12 years ago we homeschooled for a couple of years. During this time we lived in an RV and traveled to national parks, camping and hiking together. We have welcomed several international students in our home over the years, and we have two labrador retrievers.

I enjoy singing, traveling/camping with my family, cooking and baking.
What’s your favorite thing to do on the weekends?
Relax, spend time with family, Husker football and baseball
What piece of advice would you give parents to help their child(ren) succeed at St. Stephen?
Demonstrate that you value education to your children by reading to and around them, being interested in what they’re involved in, and showing that you are partners with their teachers in their schooling by speaking encouragingly of school and communicating with their teachers to support them.
