Tell us about your education background & about your teaching/work experience.
I have a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with an endorsement in Early Childhood from U.N.O. I worked at O.P.S. and Tri-Center Elementary School before becoming a stay at home Mom.
What do you love about your job?
I love meeting so many wonderful people and enjoy the lively spirit of the children.
Who is your favorite Saint or what is your favorite scripture?
My favorite Saints are Mother Teresa and Padre Pio.
Tell us about your family (spouse, children, grandchildren, pets, etc.):
My husband Bill and I have been married 29 years. We have been blessed with 4 wonderful children. Rachel is 26 and is a Web Designer, Bryce is 24 and is a Mechanical Engineer, Dylan is 21 and attends U.N.L and is studying computer science, Sienna is 16 and attends Millard South.
When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
Growing up, I wanted to be a flight attendant.
What is your favorite sweet treat?
I love chocolate, caramels, and Snickers.
Do you have any hidden talents or hobbies?
I like to play the piano, organize things and volunteer at HETRA (Heartland Equine Therapeutic Riding Academy).
What’s your favorite thing to do on the weekends?
I like to read, be in nature, bake sweets, watch movies and spend time with my family and friends on the weekends.
