What do you love about your job?

St. Joseph the Worker and Saint Monica

Tell us about your family (spouse, children, grandchildren, pets, etc.):
I’ve been married for 20 years to the most amazing, kind, and patient husband! I have 6 nieces and nephews on my side, 11 on my husband’s side with 30 total great nieces & nephews. We are beyond blessed to live two blocks from my two nieces and one nephew, enabling us to be very involved in their daily life. We never miss an activity or sporting event they participate in, and even get to taxi them around. I also have one very special niece-pup, Miele, who is the sweetest doggy ever!

A teacher or a pediatrician, and always a mom!

What is your favorite sweet treat?
Bread pudding or Tiramisu. Dairy Queen!

Do you have any hidden talents or hobbies?
I’m not sure it’s a hidden talent but I can polka and country swing. I can sew, knit and crochet. Hobbies: I like live music, country is my favorite! I enjoy any activity outdoors: hiking, cycling, swimming, golf, waterskiing, snow skiing, and working in the yard.

What’s your favorite thing to do on the weekends?
I love to spend time with my family and friends! Celebrating and decorating for the holidays gives me great joy! I enjoy going for walks, golf, yard work, watching any sport, play, or musical my nieces and nephews are in, and food prep and preservation.

What piece of advice would you give parents to help their child(ren) succeed at St. Stephen?
Always remember that we are a team and care about your children.
